We were told by the check-in agent that we were all set for the length of our stay, and that our reservations were connected, and there was no need to go back down to the front desk on Tuesday. We could not use the kiosk because we were there for six nights and my host was only able to comp me five nights and my husband one night and combined our reservations so we had to check in with a live person. There was a long line and Diamond check-in was closed. My husband and I checked in on a Monday night. On my most recent visit, my niece got married at the Flamingo with 50 guests, all staying at the Flamingo. Let me start by saying that i’ve been a fan of the Flamingo for years and can stay complimentary at any Caesars or MGM property and choose to stay at the Flamingo because of its location, theme, renovated Flamingo rooms and a little bit sentimentally because my parents used to stay at Flamingo back in the day. To be honest I wouldn’t stay here again if they gave me a free room. The hotel was noisy and you can hear people talking in the next room. Whoever made the bed put the flat sheet on the outside over the comforter. We had 1 pillow each and 2 extra pillows without pillow cases. The back of the bathroom door was all ripped up like old wallpaper. Then the water leaks out while you shower so you step into a watery mess. ![]() Why they weren’t placed on the end walls is a mystery. ![]() The soap, shampoo and body wash dispenser was on the side wall so you have no room to shower. The handle is behind the plexiglass so you can’t turn it on without getting soaked. The shower has 1/2 plexiglass the other half a shower curtain that sticks to you while you shower. The bathroom design is the worst I’ve ever seen. The room was lacking being dated and there was a burn mark on the bedside table. ![]() Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
